Don't beat yourself up!! I have had a couple off days this past week too. It's a new week, hopefully we can keep on track for most of it. The way I see it, we are doing so much better than we were in the past, atleast we realize that we are screwing up now, rather than just going through the motions. Good luck this week, I hope it goes smoother for you!

The tracking really helps. I find it especially helps me stay mindful of what I am eating. I make mysef a policy that I can overeat if I choose to, as long as I track everything I eat--- then I rarely choose to overeat. However, I find the tracking program at www.dietpower.com (free thirty day trial then a one time fee), much quicker and easier to use than Sparks-- and it motivates me to exercise as well.

Try to find some movement that is enoyable. For me, Dance Dance Revolution (the videogame for PS2 or Wii) and Wii Fit are so fun that I do them for enjoyment and stress relief-- and often end up burning over 600 calories. At first, it's really hard to get oneself to exercise- but keep at it and later you will not want to miss it- because you will know you will feel so much better.

Wanted to wish you best of luck! And to advice to stick with Sparks. I lost tons of weight with sparks - as soon as I stopped coming here, I put a lot of it back on. Now I'm back and this time I plan to stay!

Ok, so I have tried to do this befrore and failed. But I don't wish to quit this time. I actually want this for myself instead of for anyone else......I hate to just leave it at this.....but it is just that simple......no whining....no tears......just have to get off my butt, and get with the program......wish me luck!

I joined Sparks after reading that people with online support lost more weight. Make sure to get active in posting with the team and starting to enjoy lifestyle changes instead of just dieting-- you'll be amazed how much fun focusing on getting healthier can become, instead of "dieting"-- one step at a time, with the support of friends.
