I eat too many eggs, but cereal just doesn't seem to last me when I choose it for breakfast. i want to be careful about my cholesterol levels.
Today I found a trick. I added a tablespoon of Flax Seed to my cereal. I didn't get hungry mid morning. I will try this again and see if it is a fluke or an actual diet trick.

    Yes, I have started trying that. I have found that a veggie omelette is very good with just the whites. It makes a BIG difference in the calories.

Try just the whites. Three eggs instead of two eggs, but without the yellows.
