Well first of all it's Friday! Yay for that! And secondly, I decided to weigh myself, I'm not sure why because I typically do it Sunday morning and I have lost 2 pounds! Talk about a way to start the day. I know it's not much and might even creep back up on me, but I'll say this, for a week that I haven't accomplished my goals it puts a pep in my step!!!
