Well, it's almost the weekend AND Halloween at that. I am going to really try my best not to fall into my usual weekend habits. It will be hard b/c typically I am frazzled by Friday and want nothing more than to escape into bad food and cocktails. I have a lot of things to accomplish around the house and would like to be active at least one out of the 2 days. I don't have a lot of will power, so keep your fingers crossed for me and send positive thoughts my way!!! I'm so glad I'm not a candy person b/c otherwise I would be out of luck!
Oh, and one other thing. I was talking about Spark and tracking my calories and a coworker said "Counting calories doesn't work". I responded "Well of course just the ACT of counting calories doesn't work... you have to stay within your calories and be active as well." He rolled his eyes...he also asked "Why would you start this when the holidays are right around the corner?" My answer: "Because I can.". Let's hope there is some truth to that statement!
