Middle of the Day/First Day!

okay, so I have reached the middle of the day. I added more bike exercises (stationary bike), so I'm up to 75 so far. This bike just makes you bend from the abdomen and stretch arms and legs. It's a glorified way to do sit ups. At this point, I need the extra "help"...it has been a long time since I attempted to maintain a exercise routine at all. I use to walk 6 miles a day....and I use to lose 6 lbs. a week, one meal a day. But, feeling deprived, I gained it all back. So I need to find a way that I don't feel deprived and still lose weight and maintain a good healthy exercise routine. I had Breakfast this morning but nothing else... everything in my fridge and on my food shelves are full of calories! emoticon

    You have to eat!!!!!! Are you tracking your food? Everything in moderation, increase your fruit & veggies.

My First Day

emoticon Ok, I joined sparkpeople.com...last night. Now I'm on my first day. I got on the exercise bike this morning....I will increase the bike exercises through the day....and more every day. Baby steps....thats what I'm doing....well, its more than I was doing before joing sparkpeople! So it has to be a good thing, right? The only thing is I don't have many diet buddies..don't know my way around to find any. emoticon I don't know if any one can see this blog ????
