I only juiced one meal today. My first meal was my veg soup prior to a 3.5 mile walk. Then I drank wicked doodle coffee, which I love. Next I had my juice and my last meal was chocolate tea (0 calories!) with 1/2 cup almond milk and a wonderful salad. These are my fruit and veg ingred for the day:
Soup: green beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, onions, celery, carrots, red & green pepper, squash
Juice: kale, cucumber, ginger, Apple, pear, spinach, celery, carrots
Salad: spring mix, red leaf, spinach, carrot, celery, part of Apple and pear from juice, walnuts, tomato, ginger dressing.
This has been a yummy, healthy day. Thanks folks for your support.
