I decided to take things one week at a time. So my goals for this week are:
1. Workout at least 150 min this week.
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water.
So far I've worked out 60 minutes.
I've noticed my weight is starting to fall again now that my eating is getting back to normal from the holiday splurges. I just have to keep up with the exercise. That is my toughest especially during winter.
