1/21 week goal

My goal this week is to get in 30 min of exercise a day. Here is what I've done so far:

Sunday: Nada
Monday: 30 min of hauling Jake's stroller with him in it up and down stairs at the stock show. Plus walking all over. :)
Tuesday: 60 min yoga
Wed: ??

I also need to get back on track with my water.

Last week I exercised 3 times. So didn't quite meet the 5 times goal.

This week my goal is to exercise for a total of at least 150 minutes. I also plan to get all my water in (I've been pretty bad with this one.) I'm also working on tracking again.

I decided to take things one week at a time. So my goals for this week are:
1. Workout at least 150 min this week.
2. Drink at least 8 cups of water.

So far I've worked out 60 minutes.

I've noticed my weight is starting to fall again now that my eating is getting back to normal from the holiday splurges. I just have to keep up with the exercise. That is my toughest especially during winter.

I know what this year's resolution will be! My usual. Lose the holiday weight! I've been really bad. The good news is...I can't look at chocolate without getting sick. I think I've maxed my sugar intake these past couple weeks so no more for me!

There was an awesome salad at my office xmas party. So now I'm hooked on salads again. Good thing to be hooked on.

Speaking of New Year's Resolutions here are my goals:
1. Lose the holiday weight.
2. Complete the Self Challenge the whole way through!
3. Climb a 14'er. (I've already roped my brother into doing it with me so I've got a partner at the least! Molly will be in attendance as well.)

    Sounds like some great resolutions Carole! You look great though, so it shouldn't be too hard to lose whatever you gained. I think doing a 14'er with your brother sounds awesome! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!
