Stayed within my calorie range again. Need to work on getting calcium, protein, iron, and fiber up. Started taking a One a Day vitamin so that should help with the iron and calcium.
Today is my tough workout routine. I go to a class called Body Blitz which is weight lifting, abs, and some cardio. It kicks my butt every time I do it. As a coworker always says after that class, "Advil is your friend." haha But it is a good workout. The teacher is very concious of form too so if you're not doing it right, she let's you know.
Edit: Didn't make the class. Work got in the way. I'm going for a walk then going straight to the blood letting.
I also am scheduled to give blood today so need to drink plenty of water.
Back from blood donation. Unable to give blood due to low iron...hmmmm.
