I'm on track for exercising and noticing some toning going on, but my weight is up this week. *sigh* Teach me to get groceries in advance and not rely on my husband. We also had a dinner party this week and I splurged a bit. Weekend is coming with a few parties so will have to watch that as well.
My goal for the week coming up is to actually track my food and of course keep up the exercising. I also want to get my water up to 8 glasses a day instead of 4. Also get all veggies and fruits in. I've been doing well with the fruit, but veggies not so much.
