Well, haven't been tracking my food lately, but have been exercising. Due to being sick for awhile, I fell off the C25k track. Did other exercises instead until I felt better. Now I've been repeating W5D1 to get back on track again. Today I did W5D2. Probably will repeat this one a couple more times before I try the infamous W5D3 (20 min solid running). But, I have noticed my body fat percentage going down and my weight slowly inching lower. I just need to stay away from the chips! LOL
At work, they offer something called Farm Fresh 2 Go. For companies who offer Kaiser health coverage, people can sign up for the Farm Fresh group to deliver fresh produce to you weekly at your workplace. I signed up for it thinking I'd get out of my produce rut. So far so good. I've now tried Fava beans. haha I'm sure there will be others. It forces me to get creative each week using what was delivered that week.
