Week Goals

My goals for this week:

1. Exercise at least 30 min every day.
2. Eat healthier-make sure I have a balanced plate of veggies, fruit, meat.
3. No computer after 6p.-I'm on the computer all day so enough already. :) I actually think I sleep better too if I don't get on.
4. 15 min of cleaning every day. (Inlaws are coming! And Jake keeps asking to have friends over. Need to get on this big time.)

LOL. I'm such a slacker. I had great intentions. I set up a Self Challenge page on Facebook and about 100 people joined. Hopefully they are keeping up with it better than I have. hahaha

Anyhoo. Just got back from visiting Sioux Falls, SD. We went out for my aunt's retirement party. Any excuse to see family will do. It was fun. Jake drove me crazy some days but all in all he was really good. Of course, I didn't eat as well as I could have. Did make some healthy dinner choices, but it was the snacking in between that killed me. So! Back to it. My goal is to lose 13 pounds and get my body fat % back to normal.

2009 Self Challenge

Mt Grays and MT Torreys

Attempted Grays and Torreys last weekend but the trail got too slick. When we turned around, it also started snowing. So, I'll have to save those two for next year!

I met my goal of climbing my first fourteener today. I got up butt early and drove 2 hours to my nemesis. The only thing that kept me climbing were the 2 little kids in front of me climbing away with their parents. It was kind of scary at the top with drops on each side. But, I did get some great pictures and everyone on the trail was so nice and encouraging.

I got home to DH yelling at me about not getting him lunch. I picked up Subway after the hike (I was starving!). Well, dh said he was waiting to have lunch until I got home. Did he tell me he was going to do that? NO! I got home at 1:30p. I assumed that he and Jake would eat at around noon. Apparently not. *sigh*
