I fell off the wagon last night and ate three slices of pizza and then had popcorn! Yikes did I blow my calorie count. Of course today wasn't much better because there was leftover pizza to clean up and I had three pieces for lunch. Now it is gone and I can get back on track. I feel guilty, but I really enjoyed the pizza. I don't eat it every day so I guess it is okay to splurge once in a while. As long as I don't make it a habit. I did walk today and at least I didn't skip my exercise. My blood sugar dropped during the night and my husband had to call 911. I recovered before they came out, but it makes me really tired and I thought it would be a day of sleeping for me. I managed to pull myself together and made it through the day.
