I just finished my hypnosis book. It was very good, full of good information. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight. even if you don't do the hypnosis techniques, it is worth reading. the book is I Can Make You Thin, by Paul McKenna. He addresses emotional eating, cravings, hunger and raising your metabolism. I still listen to the CD at night and I believe it is working. I have learned new skills when it comes to eating. A definite "yes" to reading this book. I got it from Barnes and Noble.
