I haven't given up and I managed to lose 2.5 pounds in a week. I was up to 238, but didn't document it. I was mad that I had gained another pound. i weighed today and I was down to 235.5. I don't know if it is my habits kicking in or the glucomannan I am taking. Whatever it is I am glad. It feels good to finally have a little success. I won't get overly excited because the scale can easily go in the other direction!! I joined the Chair Exercise weight loss challenge today for Aug.1st through Sept 26th. I am trying to keep my calories up a little and exercising 6 days a week. I am up to 45 minutes on the treadmill for 1.65 miles. I think back in May when I started exercising and I could only walk for 5 minutes at a time. Now I can do the whole 45 minutes without stopping. Today was my free day, my day of rest, but I walked for 15 minutes I felt a little guilty skipping so I walked for a little while. At least today I can say I'm making progress!!!
