I have not been on here in months! I'm trying a different route this time. I don't seem to be able to stay motivated so I have gone to a diet center for some help. One thing they want you to do is journal your food and this is the best place I know to do that. I weigh about twice a week to make sure I am losing, but I have to go once a month to the center for weight and measurement. That is a good motivator for me. I would really like to be under 200 for my 59th birthday in two weeks. It is doable if I just stay on the plan!
