I have not been on here in months! I'm trying a different route this time. I don't seem to be able to stay motivated so I have gone to a diet center for some help. One thing they want you to do is journal your food and this is the best place I know to do that. I weigh about twice a week to make sure I am losing, but I have to go once a month to the center for weight and measurement. That is a good motivator for me. I would really like to be under 200 for my 59th birthday in two weeks. It is doable if I just stay on the plan! emoticon emoticon

Wow! Got way off track and gained 2 pounds back since I was on here last....STARTING OVER!!Re-set my goals and will get back to tracking what I eat. Vacation is coming and I want to lose at least 10 pounds by then.

I have not been on here in 2 weeks. I have got to get back to it. I have re-set my interim weight loss goal to the end of June. Two pounds a week will get me under 200!! emoticon emoticon

I seem to have hit a plateau this last week. I am not gaining, but I have not lost one ounce. My night time snacking is down to just one before bed, no morning snack and just a small afternoon snack. Exercise and portion control are the solution to my problem. I need to concentrate on that. emoticon
