I just got my tree up and am in the holiday spirit. I am under 200 and feel good! This is the year I will reach my weight loss goal.

I am staying focused by tracking what I eat.
I am eating a healthy diet.
I am exercising 3-5 days a week.
I am losing weight!
I am feeling good!!
I am feeling more like me again and I like it.

All of this motivates me to stay with the plan until I lose all that I need to. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I just did a "weight loss over time" report. From January of 2014 to September 2014 I have lost 28 lbs. I had re-set my goal and did not realize what my cumulative weight loss was! I was kind of bummed because on my birthday (9-22) I wanted to be under 200 and did not make that goal...I am still 2 pounds over. This report makes me feel better and I will just continue to lose slowly and surely! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have not been on here in months! I'm trying a different route this time. I don't seem to be able to stay motivated so I have gone to a diet center for some help. One thing they want you to do is journal your food and this is the best place I know to do that. I weigh about twice a week to make sure I am losing, but I have to go once a month to the center for weight and measurement. That is a good motivator for me. I would really like to be under 200 for my 59th birthday in two weeks. It is doable if I just stay on the plan! emoticon emoticon
