Busy like Crazy!! I have so much energy I just cannot believe it!!

I have been so busy with business over the past month I am just amazed!! I found the most amazing product line that is absolutely helping people with their health!! I am totally blown away!
We have Dottie who is 82 years old, had a cardiac infarction 3 years ago and had no energy unless she took meds for the artificial energy (so sad)! But 6 months ago she found Verve Bold and now she is off all that nasty energy medication and is on the greatest energy drink in the world!! Wow at 82 years old who would have guessed this would help??

I am going to parties where people know and support my healthy choices and have prepared dishes that suit my gluten-free, low-carb, no potato eating plan
I have stayed busy doing a lot of projects that I am making for Christmas
I do not deprive myself, if I want6 something then I figure out a way to make it so it fits my new program. I am doing very well with this
We go to the temple weekly to make sure we remember what this holiday is truly about!! It is the best time I have with my husband all week.

1 Do not tell yourself things you would not say to someone else in the same place -This makes a great piece of sense to me One I need to remember!!
2 Remember where the negativity is coming from? I liked the 1st article we read for the challenge this week that talked about guilt and keeping the good guilt but relieving ourselves of the toxic guilt
3. Believe in yourself and do not let challenges knock you out of the game.

    Excellent advice. Interesting that there are two kinds of guilt. With toxic guilt one beats themselves up and progression is stymied. Healthy guilt helps us recognize when we are going in the wrong direction, repent and change course. Thank you.

What I want to accomplish in next 5 weeks

Make a list of five things you want to accomplish in the next five weeks. It must only include things for YOURSELF (not things you want to do for others!). Blog or write your list in your personal journal. Pick one thing of your list and complete it by the end of the week

1. I will make sure to do all my exercise 120 + daily
2. lose 10 pounds in this 5 weeks to meet the goal, I have made changes in my program that will make this happen.
3. Focus on me for the next 5 weeks and make sure i do not get set aside - I have done this so far!!!
4. Do 1 Full week of the new program
5. Begin new exercise program with Just dance Program!!! This has been really Fun!!!
