Count down to boot camp

Monday is the first day of boot camp at the gym, I am a bit nervous about doing this and at the same time excited. I have had second thoughts about signing up all week but I have decided no matter what I will be able to do this. I must keep a positive attitude, I know I may not be able to keep up with everyone in the activities but I can do my best and I will see results. emoticon


Finally I have found a fitness device that will not gather dust!!

Every year I start out saying a new year a new me. I end up buying a new piece of fitness equipment that by March is sitting around gathering dust. This year I think I have really found something I can't live without; the Fitbit one. I purchased it as my Christmas gift to myself and really didn't think it would make me get out and get active but it has. It lets me see what I have done in a days time and pushes me to do more to at least reach the goals for the day or try to exceed them. I love my Fitbit emoticon

    This year I got a heart rate monitor and love it. I've been toying with the idea of getting a fitbit. Still doing the research! Glad you like it!!

I have stuck with my small goals for 2 days now, I know 2 days doesn't sound like much but it has help me put a more positive spin on things. I feel better and have more energy and most of all I think I can actually lose the weight and become more fit so I can enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon
