We are going out to breakfast. I actually came online to check what the lesser of the evils would be. Fried vs scrambled...canadian bacon vs scrapple. Talk about a behavior change! BBL

Update: They didn't have canadian bacon :(. So I got pork roll instead and I don't think it was a great choice.

Our TOPS meeting got cancelled Wednesday so I don't have an official weight. I'm feeling great and lighter. YIPEE!!

This weekend I am going to DC (the National Zoo - my home away from home - LOL) to meet some folks I'll be traveling to China with and that is very exciting since I met them on the net! I have met 2 already. The best part is that I'll be 30 lbs lighter when we take off on 9/17!

The trip to China is a dream come true...from 3rd grade back in the mid-sixties! ! ! This trip is with a handful of panda lovers. In addition to doing the tourist thing in Bejing, we will be spending time and volunteering at the Chengdu and Wolong panda conservation centers. In a few months there will be a picture of me holding a panda cub so stay tuned! ! !

I continue to have fun here, just wish I had more time to nose around and meet some people. I'm inspired by the ladies who met and were featured in Women's World and People. hmmm...I just got an idea - I'm going to forward the site to a fellow traveler in ATL who is on WW - and I'm meeting her on Sunday, too!

I guarantee SOMETHING will click which just goes to show ya .. we are not alone. Everyone shares a common piece of the proverbial lose weight pie. Reading these stories inspires me.


I posted this on a blog.....

For some reason something clicked and I'm not only being accountable without much effort, but this site is keeping me honest. I feel like if I let myself down I'll let the whole site down - LOL! That doesn't mean that there won't be stumbles along the trail but knowing we are all here with a common goal helps me succeed!

I've been searching for the "ah ha" moment and I can't believe I found it and quite accidently!

Not a bad day...not a great day but it could have been alot worse. Had a wonderful dinner at home - baked crab cakes, crab stuffed mushrooms and crab/asparagus soap. And a bite or 2 of chocolate. Like I said not great....but definitely not horrible. If it wasn't for the accountability of this site I'd be feeling bloated and crappy now. Instead I'm feeling good about celebrating without using the excuse to eat junk.
