1. At my goal weight, I used to wake up every morning happy that I looked and felt good about myself.
2. At work, people treated me with more respect strangely enough. Or maybe I just respected myself more.

But I told myself to just watch the video and do a little bit of it, maybe 5 minutes. I did the whole yoga stretch! I just needed to force myself to do SOMETHING.I feel better now that I have.

Didn't really lose weight this week, but ...

But I didn't gain weight either. I exercised every day, so I kept moving. I got in my 10000 steps most days. I recorded my food, so I didn't eat out-of-control. I've had my 8 glasses of water every day. And I stuck to my food plan even tho it was a very stressful week! That is a success!

Difficult week at work, stressful!

In spite of a very stressful week at work, I had no cravings for the sweets left out at work and still managed to get in 10000 steps today.

Tired, but still sparking ...

Yesterday I was really tired, too tired to do the treadmill. But I realized I didn't have to do the treadmill, I could walk the dog that evening instead. I still recorded all my food and drank my 8 cups of water. So even on a tired day, I can still spark!
