Another look back to how far I have come. This month I have only lost three pounds, but I have gained so much more. I am confident that I will continue to work with the weights - I love that workout. I have started a "Couch to 5 K" program that will have me running for the first time in my life. I have made some amazing friends through the posting boards. I have learned to use the tape measure as a tool ahead of the scale for success! I throw away less food now because I am better at planning meals and snacks. I have so much more energy and feel so much better. And I have a great garden to look forward to, as it is all planted, and most of it weeded! Thank you again Spark People for a wonderful site.

Did W1D3 yesterday with the Couch to 5K program. Ate towards the lower middle part of my range. It was a pretty successful day.

I feel like I'm back in the saddle again this morning. I already have my strength training done, and have lots of energy.

Today, I will lead the service at my church, and read the sermon. I pray that God will bless my hands and voice today.

Hubby and I had a great afternoon together and went for a drive to look at the fields and a lawn mower. The kids were working for the school and gone all day.

Bad calorie day yesterday, and I haven't exercised since Thursday morning. Training away from home is very difficult to maintain the good habits that seem to be coming easy to me here. I need more practice at restaurant menus and socializing without snacking!!

Today I write a big exam, and then later, leave for the city for more training tomorrow. I am doing the weights this morning, and then my run at the hotel tonight.

Work has been crazy this week, I'm actually glad to be getting away from it after today. I haven't had any time at all to prepare for the exam, and I need 75% to pass. Yikes!

Yesterday the calories and the exercise were excellent (1329 and 50 minutes). If every day were like that, this would be a breeze.
