Today I write a big exam, and then later, leave for the city for more training tomorrow. I am doing the weights this morning, and then my run at the hotel tonight.
Work has been crazy this week, I'm actually glad to be getting away from it after today. I haven't had any time at all to prepare for the exam, and I need 75% to pass. Yikes!
Yesterday the calories and the exercise were excellent (1329 and 50 minutes). If every day were like that, this would be a breeze.
