I'm going to the gym in the morning. That means getting up at 4 AM and I'm getting dressed and I'm heading to the gym. Mornings and I cannot get along so please check on me. I know that if somebody's going to check I have a better chance of going to the gym. I'm going. Nobody really. I'm going. No really!!

    Great! I know waking up that early will be a bear, but once you are at the gym,you will probably love it because you'll have your choice of equipment. :) I hate crowded gyms.
Good for you!!!
Plus, you will get the workout out of the way and you can focus on the rest of your day! If I didn't have Laila, I would do it too now that my gym is open 24 hrs.

    Sooooo????? Did you Go?????
My doctor suggested going to bed in my workout clothes if I wanted to get up and get moving in the morning. It would help solve the problem of being freezing in the morning....
But I somehow don't think that would thrill hubby one bit, lol.

Times, they are a'changin

I decided to changpent goals. It seems like every time I get close to goal i start eating way too much. So I'm changing my goal to Lose 3 pounds in one month. By allowing myself more calories I can eat what I want and not feel deprived. At least that's the theory. LOL!

Going to change my workout. I've been doing the elliptical pretty steadily for the last few months. I need to start strength training again, and I need to choose a different cardio workout. I need to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. And I need to try other cardio equipment at the gym. More precise and measurable goals to come.

    Sounds like a good plan! I do that sometimes too...eat too much just as I start to make some progress. It's like, Woo Hoo, time to celebrate! LOL.

    I LOVE the rowing machines at the gym! It definitely makes you huff and puff and gives a great upper-body workout! Good idea to shake things up.

    It's great that you are changing things up...great way to shock the body and stimulate the mind! Good for you! Now would you come here and shock me to get more active? I feel like a slug, though still look like me which could be better depending on the strength of your eyes!

When do I get to rest?

Another busy day. I did sleep in which was good. Then we got up went to the gym, took the dogs to the groomers. And when we got home it was time for me to make dinner. I was too tired to cook so everybody ate either sandwiches or leftovers or whatever they could find.

So writing all that down doesn't seem like I was very busy. But sure feels like I was a lot busier than I am and it says I am. So for right now I'm very tired and I think I'll just say goodnight. Talk to you all morning

    Well, my grandmother always told me...."There is no rest for the wicked!!" emoticon
I have those days too, when I look at what I did and wonder why I felt so busy...
Then there are those days where you could make pages of lists of things you accomplished and it seemed like a piece of cake.
I'd be much more productive if more of the days felt like the second option, lol. Unfortunately, they usually feel like the first option.
Worse is that wondering where the day actually went??

What a day!

It was another busy day. I slept in, went to the gym, started laundry, went to the library, making a grocery list, and got my grocery shopping done. I even went to the store and got myself a calendar. Came home, more laundry. After I got home from grocery shopping, I put away all the groceries and my husband offered to take me out to dinner. I'm not going to turn down something like that. LOL! We went to Buffalo wild wings and I ate way too much but I enjoyed it.

Now I'm home, sitting on my butt watching TV and trying to get some laundry done. My daughter is upstairs with her friends and my son is asleep in his room. I think it's time for me to stop talking even typing and get to bed talk to everyone tomorrow.
