Done! I did 70 squats on my initial test, so I decided to start at week three. I did the first two days and then got off track. So, today I decided to see how many I could do. I got to 70 and thought Okay, I can keep going. At 125, I was feeling it, but not dying. At 150 I HAD to finish. My legs were a little rubbery at the end, but I did it!! Yippee!!! We'll see how loudly my legs yell at me tomorrow.
Before that, I did week 3, day 3 of the Hundred Pushup Challenge. I should have done it a week and a half ago and either forgot or didn't feel like it. Guess what?!? Pushups are hard! I got them all done, but with lots of rests in between. I need to be a little more consistent. Monday will be day 1, week 4. After I finish this, I will start the 200 sit up challenge. Maybe I'll actually finish that one in the six weeks!
