I kicked butt on eating today. I met all but three of my nutrition goals. I went over on fiber by one gram. Since it was only one gram, shouldn't I be able to count that as a meet?
Anyway, I also went over on sodium, but only by 38. For me, that's like amazing!! I am usually closer to 4300mg every day, so 2338 is AWESOME!! I am trying to reduce my sodium intake and apparently, I'm making progress.
The last nutrient was carbs. I went under on that. Personally, I think my carb range is too high since I NEED protein. But, I'm not a nutritionist, so I'm not changing anything.
Overall, pretty happy with my results today. Now, I'll work on tomorrow!
