omg failure today!!! Halloween failurrrree!!!

I'm confessing. Here is my shame!!! I overate today.

Breakfast
an english muffin (good alternative to a bagel)
1tsp peanut butter
1/2tsp margarine
1tsp jam
1 cup of skim milk (GREAT START TO THE DAY)

Lunch
1/3rd bowl of Korean soup package mix
most of an onion
2eggs scrambled into soup
1 and 1/2 pieces of whole wheat bread (to offset the heat of the soup)
1tsp margarine

(not a bad lunch either...... but then..... i got to work!)

Supper
macaroni casserole that i brought for supper
and a huge salad, so healthy, spinach and iceberg lettuce etc!!!

THEN CAME THE TREATS
2 reeses pieces cups
and TWO PIECES OF PIZZA!!!!
and a little little piece of cake!!!!!


Okay I feel better after having wrote it down... it's still not as bad as what I would have ate in the past probably on ANY given day!!!! PHEW! Blogging is so theraputic for me!

LOST 30 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I weighed in at 213, bringing my grand total to 30lbs lost!!!

CHANGES??

My boyfriends arms fit further around me
I now realize most of my clothes were too small, because now they fit me either correctly, or too big
The other day I needed to catch someone, so I RAN and ACTUALLY CAUGHT THEM!!!!!!!!
I can jog!
My endurance has risen
My shoe size has dropped one
My confidence has risen
Towels can be tucked around me, and further!
My mind is clearer
I'm stronger
And I feel like I'm living life, and I wonder why I haven't allowed myself to be healthy sooner!

And I did well!!

On two of my midterms, I got 83%. On one, I got 86%, and on another one I got 103%!!!!!!!!!!! (bonus question correct)

Woot woot woot Spark truly does affect all areas of your life, and I wouldn't have so much energy to do well in school without having made a healthy lifestyle change!!! :)

Yesterday I didn't hold myself back at a birthday lunch at my brothers house but I did take smaller portions... two slices of roast beef instead of 3-4 or 5, three quarters of a potato instead of a potato and a quarter... and lots of carrots and salad instead! AND i had cake and ice cream... so for the rest of the day I just had soup and almonds and water, AND i did aerobics and weights so now I'm back down woot!

The scale said I was up one pound this morning....

Yesterday for my birthday we went out to a Vietnamese restaurant and I ate as much as I wanted there... but I was pretty good around it, in the day, eating way less to try and make up for it... and today I had a big lunch at my brothers' house for my birthday, so I think I'm going to forego dinner and just drink some apple juice or eat some almonds for the rest of the night because with cake and ice cream I think I had all my calories at their house!!!

Ugh, celebrations!!!!!!!!
