Am in a hurry. But if you are establishing a habit, it is good to do it even for a short time. Really applies to exercise. Come on, everyone has five minutes. So, if you do not have half an hour, you certainly can do five minutes. I do not have the exercise habit, yet. Like right now, I could easily do the five minutes with Coach Nicole and I am not doing it.
So, right now I am not following my own advice. But at least I did do the blog!!! AND, I AM TRACKING FAITHFULLY!!!
