I chose a "regular" meal plan for the tracker, and I do like seeing what Spark recommends and what I can use to substitute. However, I think it is less precise than what I have been doing. They do not seem to use grams and ounces the way I do. I was curious to see what the other meal plans were. I recall there were about 6 options, you could choose regular, vegetarian, gluten free, etc. But now I cannot figure out how to get to the place where those choices were available!!!
If anyone knows, let me know.
It is not that important, but it is funny how easy it is to forget how to find something here on Spark. By the way, I do like the new fitness tracker. It is easier for me to use.
Record for Tuesday
Breakfast: 456 calories (all healthy, but whoops!!!)
Lunch: 502 calories (junk food, but needed it, just had half of hot dog, half of chips, half of coke---went Halfsies.)
