I tracked all my foods yesterday! I actually weighed a glass of wine. Very proud of that. The weighing make a BIG difference. It keeps me honest. But I did not weigh the pizza, so I just had to estimate it, and I probably was off.
Unfortunately, I could not fall asleep, so was reading The Picture of Dorian Gray for about 2 hours. Usually the wordiness of it puts me to sleep, but I got to a fascinating part of the book. Then it was 2 am and I was very hungry, and I know I could not go to sleep without eating so I had a glass of whole milk and cookies, which I have not tracked, but I know put me over 2000 calories.
If only I had gone to sleep, I would have been okay for yesterday.
Now it is 6 am and I do not know why I woke up so early. Well today is another day to try for 1500 calories.
