I really needed a snack just now, it is 4:30, my most hungry time. I just got back from taking my 94 year old mother to the doctor, and the difficulties of managing that in a big city with all the traffic, difficult parking, elevators, all of it, well, I need a snack.

I made a snack of: one half cup corn flakes
one half ounce walnuts
one half cup nonfat milk
187 calories; delicious and filling and comforting
