That is the number of calories I had today.
Since I have not lost any weight with Spark, but I have developed good habits, maybe it is time for a change in routine. Usually I get up, get coffee, go on the computer, do Spark stuff, do other email stuff. Before I know it, it is fairly late. Instead, maybe I should do the spark blog at the END of the day. Like I did today.
Positives for today:
1. Went on walk in morning. Part of new plan. Go for walk before shower, instead of sitting at computer.
2. Weighed and measured all foods. Know that calories are accurate.
1. Much of those calories come from three, yes count them three, huge chocolate covered marshmallow cookies at 120 or 130 calories each. To put a good spin on this, I am now totally sick of these comfort food cookies, and will not buy them for at least another year.
