Found this book: The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Not only is it fascinating, but the principles in it apply to all of us wanting to change our eating habits. It is not a diet book. Anyone else found it?
On vacation and still journalling foods. iPad app is easy, but going to the website like this is really slow on the iPad. The typing is laborious. An iPad cannot replace a computer, but it sure is great for lots of things.
Best calorie count so far. Wanted to eat yogurt at my usual middle of night awakening, but did not do it. Eating in bed is a terrible habit, and I do it while reading to go back to sleep!!!Took advil pm instead.
