Since it is April 1, I am back to trying to get 100% on trivia for this month!! I have slowly moved from 60% overall to about 68% overall. It seems silly for a 66 year old adult woman to be fiddling with spark "points" and trivia percentages!
However, the value of these things is they keep my focus on eating correctly.
Example: today's trivia asked, "which has more calories the mcdonalds kiddie cone or apple dipper? " I never eat at mcdonalds, but I used my laptop to look up the answer. Yes, it took time ( in that time I could have been doing strength exercises!) However, if I ever do go to mcdonalds, I will know which low calorie dessert to get!!
Yesterday I did something very bad. I had bought these wonderful See's easter eggs to give away next week to my mom and daughters, and I could not stand it, and broke into one, (rocky road for those who are interested) and polished off the entire thing in two sittings. One third of the egg was a serving at 170 calories, so 3 times 170 is 510. Ouch, ouch, ouch. Have not put it on my tracker yet.
