I think most of us at Spark would enjoy this website. It heads people in the same basic direction with excellent writing and graphics. The current article is on light beer, and I never thought about it the way they do.

They give foods grades like A- or C+, so that is kind of fun.

    I think they also have an "app" for mobile phones, if I remember what I was told recently. I'll check it out.....me and my smart phone are not very compatible yet, so I'll just do it on the desktop. Thanks! vista emoticon

Change and Spark

I really believe Spark works, but you have to be patient. By participating in all these various Spark activities, I find I genuinely do not need to eat the four pieces of See's candy out of the box. One satisfies me now. I think something has changed internally inside me that I do not see.

I am also doing better with the need to empty a box of candy. Actually, I am starting to PREFER fruit!

This is another great website. I seem to be collecting food related websites. Every day they send an email about some aspect of the food industry. I am having fun with these food websites!!! I love to cook, too, and have been frequently cooking magazine websites!! Winter is here!!

I would recommend anyone interested in food and weight loss to find this website. I get an email from them everyday that is well crafted and helpful. I know we aren't supposed to copy stuff, but I need to do that to give you a sense of it-- there is more than what I copied here, and it is done with great graphics. The rest of the article has really good ideas of how to lose weight and have it stay lost.
