It is 6 am; I woke up at 5 am. I think I should take a day off of tracking, but I am still going to read all my spark mail.
I must say I truly appreciate and give thanks to all the people here on spark who have been so giving with their words. It sure helps, and not just with weight.
So, to everyone, thanks for giving!!!

I'm with you all the way -- it makes me feel like this is a whole world of "online friends." And they all have a common goal with me -- get healthy, lose some weight.
