Of course, I did not do the dinner meal plan last night because I ate dinner with my fiance. (fiancee?) His eating style is so different from mine, meat and potatoes, less vegetables, no wonder he has high blood pressure. I never was a meat and potato person, so luck is on my side there, but I am a big cheese person, and cheese is probably just as rich as meat.
Still, I am pleased with my food tracker for yesterday. So, I just printed out the meal plan for today, and I plan to follow the plan!!! But, of course, I substituted items. Spark gives you ideas of what to substitute, sort of like weight watchers. Also, you can use your own judgment.
I have also walked three days in a row. I am still somewhat ill, though, my voice just will not come back to normal, so I am sucking on these lemon drops, sugarless cough drops, and drinking all that tea with lemon. I am laughing at myself because I am even tracking each lemon drop that goes into my mouth.
I am gradually starting my strength training and balance program. Yesterday I did three "airplanes" (from Spark) Very hard, but good for the balance to prevent future falls.
How is everyone else doing?
