I decided to actually try the Spark meal plan today. There were so many things to buy, whole wheat flour, applesauce, apple juice concentrate, raisins, my goodness. One store did not have all of it, and as I was driving to the other store, I realized, this is stupid. I need to get out and get back to walking. I can do this meal plan tomorrow. But today, I will focus totally on the 300 calorie breakfast and lunch, the protein and fiber choices, so I had one egg, one whole wheat english muffin, one cup of blueberries. Very satisfying and now I will go walk.
Discovery: you can print out the meal plan along with a record of how you have done with fiber, calcium, calories the past week. Thinking of blowing this up on a zerox and posting on the fridge. Truth or consequences!!!
