It's Monday Morning, and I was excited to start a new week. I thought I was having a low calorie breakfast, but after I entered the items, it came to 500!!! Okay, so really, this tears it. I have to enter the food items in the planner BEFORE I eat anything.
All I had was an egg, 2 cups of nonfat milk, and a biscuit (homemade) Oops, I even forgot to list the jam. Darn. Have to go back. I want to be scrupulously honest with myself.
Okay, this means I really and truly have to plan my lunch today. Under 300 calories, with lots of fiber. How to do that?
