Because of the 5% challenge, I did weight lifting yesterday. (3 pound weights) I could tell that I actually did something with my body for once. I was not sore, but I could tell I had used my muscles, whereas in the past, I felt nothing.
It only took about 20 minutes, so why have I been so lax with this? My goodness, I spend about an hour or two just playing with the computer!!!!
