This morning I made up a practice nutrition tracker day to see how I could ever possibly get the huge amount of fiber that is recommended. From my calculations, I see if I increased the fiber, it would be much harder to go over the calorie limit. Also for the calcium, just one cup of milk and 2 cups of yogurt a day gives enough calcium without resorting to supplements.
Goal for the day: get the fiber and calcium requirements through foods.
It is a new day, a new week, and I can get back on track.
