Happy labor Day everyone!!!
Well, I am getting ready for the Fall Challenge. Diet is the same-Protein.
I had a Gastric Bypass on 12/17/2012 and must watch that diet. Tummy is real small. I eat my 3 meals with protein first and then some veg. I also drink veg in Low sodium V8 juice. I drink a Protein drink in a day to add to it. A snack would be some fruit. something my pouch will tolerate.
Well, I am looking forward to the Fall Challenge!
