I stepped on the scales and was down to 176! Wahoo! I exercised every day so far.
I am still struggling with eating the leftover Christmas treats at work - you know the ones that everyone brings because they don't want to eat yet another one at home. LOL!
Then coming home from work is a challenge too because I am tired and hungry! My goal is to eat a pre-planned snack and focus on something else until time to make dinner- maybe drink some water if it just isn't happening.
