Another day

I fasted until dinner yesterday. I just needed the reminder that I don't need to fill my body with all this junk! This morning I weighed in at 172.2. I hope this means I am on the right track. Thanks to all out there that give the motivation I have needed to get going. Still have 24 lb. to go.

I stepped on the scales and was down to 176! Wahoo! I exercised every day so far.

I am still struggling with eating the leftover Christmas treats at work - you know the ones that everyone brings because they don't want to eat yet another one at home. LOL!

Then coming home from work is a challenge too because I am tired and hungry! My goal is to eat a pre-planned snack and focus on something else until time to make dinner- maybe drink some water if it just isn't happening.

  Don't beat yourself up about every little thing. If you do, it'll be harder and seem like a chore not a lifestyle that you will stick to. I find that if I cook a meal I always make extra and freeze it so i can pop it in the microwave when i dnt feel like cooking. I also have a lot of fruits around just in case. It's easy to stick a banana and apple and a bottled water in your purse on the way to work. Make sure you're having breakfast too, that helps A LOt. Have a great day !!! emoticon
