Did anyone else take the quiz in yesterday's Daily Spark? Sometimes I feel like I am obsessed. I do make exercise a priority. If I don't have specific plans for the day, I make sure to get my workout in first and do other things later. If I have plans after work and know I won't get my exercise in before, I will take off an hour or two early to get a workout in. (I do have holiday hours I have to use by the end of the year or I will loose them) If I have plans with a friend on my day off, I make sure to get a workout in beforehand. Sometimes, it's not as long as I want but I am glad to get something in. I don't beat myself up about it.

This score indicates that while you do think about your fitness and work out often, you're not obsessed with it all the time. From time to time you may exercise too much, rely on it to burn off extra calories that you've eaten or beat yourself up for missing a work out, but on the whole your exercise routine and mindset is healthy.

If you find yourself feeling the need that you "must" work out longer or more often, or if you begin thinking about fitness more or experience a lot of anxiety or guilty at the thought of missing just a single workout, retake this quiz to make sure that your relationship with exercise isn't becoming unhealthy.
I am not surprised with my results. It is actually right on! This part is true: "you're not obsessed with it all the time." There are times when I feel like I think about exercising too much. There are not times when I feel like I do exercise too much!
I like exercise and I like living a healthy life. I don't want to ever go back to my old habits and old ways. Nope! I won't do it. I lost my weight about 15 years ago and kept it off. I enjoy exercise and I enjoy how I feel afterwards. :)
