Afternoon slump! I get the munchies, I want a nap and It's really slow at work today, so all I can think about is not going into the kitchen and raiding the snack cupboard. I'm trying to work out a gym schedule for myself... working 12 hour shifts 4 days a week makes it a little difficult. I woke up early and went before work yesterday, but I was TOTALLY exhausted by 5 pm. I had to by-pass the kitchen and go straight to bed when I got home so I wouldn't eat all the crackers. I slept REALLY well though... maybe I'll try every-other day during the work week and go every day on my days off..
