Well this week has been busy at work and church, but I have been good sticking to my calorie limit and getting enough water. I am finding that the more water I drink, the more I want! I think I have lived the majority of my adult life dehydrated, especially in my job, where I have been too busy at the patient's bedside to drink water all day! The calorie limit is difficult still for me though, as I am feeling frequently hungry, expecially in the afternoon and late evening. I am sticking to eating healthy snacks, though. I routinely get on the scale every morning, and have lost a couple more lbs. but I am waiting until the beginning of next week to record the weight that day. I am finding watching that dial go down on the scale a big motivator!! I don't feel any different, and my clothes don't feel different yet, so I am anxiously waiting to get to that point to get more physical proof I am losing weight. I am finding it very difficult to exercise this week. I took my dog for a walk this afternoon, ()or should I say dragged him along!!) but it was so cold, I didn't last very long (which made my dog happy!). I am thinking of getting some other new exercise videos to exercise to in the house since I can't afford a gym membership. If anyone has any good suggestions for beginners cardio workouts let me know. Well hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there in this tempting Holiday season!!
