Well, it's kind of interesting... making the transition from being a strictly for-fun runner to now being interested in continually improving my times.
Hopefully with a little effort, that happens this year!

10K: (goal- run under 1 hr!)

PB- 1:01:10 (May 2, 2010)

15K: (goal- run under 1:40!)

PB- 1:46:13 (Aug 22, 2009)

10 miler: (goal reach 1:45!)

1:49:55 (April 11, 2010)

1/2 Marathon: (goal 2:20 or less!)

PB- 2:25:38 (Nov 1, 2009.)

30k: (goal: 3:30!)

PB- 3:46:44 (Mar 28, 2010.)

Marathon: (goal: FINISH!)

I thought it would be helpful to my motivation to see how much my weight has changed each month...
Hopefully it'll be a good reminder of the progress I've been making so far in 2009!

In January 2009 I lost: 5.6 lbs!
In February 2009 I lost: 1.0 lb

Total loss for 2009: 6.6 lbs!

    That's awesome! It'd be cool to have a map of somewhere you'd like to go and track how far you've travelled. This is a good idea, I think I'd like to borrow it and use it for my swimming km.
