UPDATE ON MY HEALTH

I TOLD ALL MY TEAM FRIENDS I WOULD NOT BE ON FOR ALONG TIME ITS BEEN MONTHS NOW. ALL THIS TIME I HAVE TEST ATHER TEST DONE ON MY THYROID DOCTOR HAVE GOT IT ALL MOST UNDER CONTROL , HAVEING ALL THIS TEST RUN THE DOCTOR DID NOT KNOW SOMETHING REALY BAD WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN WITH ME. I WENT TO THE DOCTOR FOR THE READING OF MY THYROID TEST AND DID NOT MAKE IT IN THE OFFICE ROOM OUT SIDE THE DOCTOR BUILD I FALL TO THE GROUND NOT KNOW THAT WOULD BE THE LAST DAY OF MY LIFE ON EARTH . EVERYONE THAT SAW ME FALL HELPED ME IN THE DOCTOERS ROOM THEY TOOK MY BLOOD PRUESURE IT WAS 140 / 100 AND MY P WAS 200 . I WAS TOLD MY HEART WAS A TIKING TIME BOMB THEY HAVE TYRED LOTS OF BLOOD PRUESURES PILLS THAT HAVE NOT WORKED YET ,I HAVE CHEST PAINS, DIZZINESS AND HEADACH ALL THE TIME NOW IM IN BED ALOT OR LAYING ON COUCH I CANT DO ANYTHING . BUT IM IT'S HERE THE DOCTOR DONT NOW WAY I HAVE NOT DIED YET. THANK YOU FRIENDS ON SPARK FOR BEEING SO KIND ,SWEET, AND LOVEING, AND SUPPORTING ME UP AND DOWN WITH MY WEIGHT AND PRAYING FOR MY FAMILYS NEEDS THANK YOU EVERY MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I DID HAVE GRANDBABY PUT THE BAD GRANDMOTHER ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FAMILY JUST CAME AND TOOK THE BABY'S TOLD ME I WILL EVERY SEE THEM AGAIN,THIS WOMEN JUST MADE THE WRONG MOVE . SHE DOSE NOT KNOW I WAS UNDERGROUND FOR 18 YEARS WITH MY SON TO KEEP HIM SAFE AND I TOUCHED MY SON WHAT TO DO. I CALLED MY SON ABOUT IT HE SAID I WILL TAKE MY BABY UNDERGROUND TO KEEP MY KIDS SAFE FROM HER. SO I DONT KNOW WHEN THIS WILL HAPPING. IF I DO NOT SEE MY GRANDKIDS A AGAIN FOR THEM TO GO UNDERGROUND I KNOW ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO, MY SON & GRANDBABY SAFETY COMES FIRST!

I HAVE HAD MY GRANDBABYS SENT SAT ,TRIED NO SLEEP FOR ME THATS OK I DONT SLEEP MUCH ANYWAY. LANE IS 6 MONTHS OLD AND LAYLA IS 2 1/2 YEARS OLD. IM STAYING BUSY EVERY HOUR THERE UP UNTILL BED TIME . I HAVE TO GO NOW BABYS ARE UP. I HAVE LOSS SOME WEIGHT RUNNING AFTHER THEM BOTH. HAVE A GREAT DAY emoticon

emoticon Just take one workout movement for one body part a week.



1.Touching my toes and walk 10 minutes with 5 lb weights

2.Sit-ups and walking with 5 lb weights for 10 minutes


So far i just can do these to workouts, I'm drinking emoticon of green tea with lemon no sugar and drinking emoticon lemon water all throw the day.Meal at breakfast, 10 am protein shake with fat free milk for a snack,lunch having lean meat with just veggies,3pm protein shake,dinner lean meat with a salad.So far lost a few pounds emoticon
