I am doing great. I have tracked my food for 17 days, most days I get in at least 8 glasses of water, most days I get out walking, and I have started doing strength exercises.
I have only walked to work 1 day this week due to the weather and it doesn't look promising for the next 2 days.
I had a great day today. I stayed within my calorie range, drank my water and today I did a dog walk for 25 min., did 10 min of strength exercises, rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I just love how good you feel when you exercise and eat right.
