Day 21/ 100 day challenge to a new you

My last 2 days I haven't been truly working my program. Not sure if waking up on Friday and seeing 7 new inches of snow, not having food in the house, or just in a slump. But enough of that.
I have my menu made for the week, will hit the grocery store today and get the right kinds of food in the house. The snow is melting and the temps are to be warm so dog walks will be in order.
Today starts a new week and I am prepared.

Day 17 / 100 day challenge to a new you

I am doing great. I have tracked my food for 17 days, most days I get in at least 8 glasses of water, most days I get out walking, and I have started doing strength exercises.
I have only walked to work 1 day this week due to the weather and it doesn't look promising for the next 2 days.

I had a great day today. I stayed within my calorie range, drank my water and today I did a dog walk for 25 min., did 10 min of strength exercises, rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. I just love how good you feel when you exercise and eat right.

Day 14- I made it through the weekend

I can't remember the last time I can say I had a good weekend with food. I stayed in my calorie range, didn't eat mindlessly at all.
The sun has been out the last 2 days and I took my dogs out for a walk. I have prepared my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow.
Ready to tackle the week ahead.

Day13 / 100days to a new you challenge

Today is day 13 and it falls on a weekend, the toughest days for me.
This past week has been good, I met most of my goals that I set for myself. I am exercising emoticon I walked 4 out of 5 days to work, the day I missed it was raining and snowing. My water intake has increased. I am just feeling good all over.
Going out for breakfast and some shopping today with my sister, hope I make healthy choices at breakfast, my favorite meal to eat out.

Day 9 / 100 day challenge

Tuesday, March 25, 2014

I increased my goals this week and have met them for the last 2 days.

Walk to work, only 2 blocks
Drink 8 glasses of water
Pack and eat breakfast & lunch
Track my food

I have met these goals the past 2 days.
I am feeling good, not sure if it is the walking, eating healthier, or drinking water or all of the above.
