wii will help me exercise and g is for get moving

G was for my get up and moving DVD. What is my new DVD from prevention with Chris Freytag. It was a pretty good workout it was hard one for me so t became housekeeping and hustle up and back. Hustle up and back was a move I learn from my new wii workout my fitness coach. I finally got my fitness coach I got the new workout. from game stop. It is the first version a used copy I love it.
will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1. I finally got a copy of my fitness coach for my wii
2. I ate a small cup of onion soup at panera instead of a bowl
3. I ate a low cal dinner at Applebee and have a skinny marigetta what is only 100 calorie what not bad for alcohol and didn’t ‘ really finish it
4. I drank water at dinner instead of order two alcohol drink
5. I came home and ate a popsicle instead of ordering a desert at the restaurant
Two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Tomorrow is my birthday party and I really don’t want tom pig out in fact Monday I go back to work and hit the diet really hard
2. I need to exercising really hard but tomorrow I believe I get my wii fit plus and that should help a lot

F is for Fonda

F is for Fonda
Okay my f exercise was Fonda such as Jane Fonda total body scrupling. It was a twenty-five total body sculpting workout with dumbbell. It was not a easy workout but it was good and I am happy I finish it. Cold water swimming what I did at the pool at the hot. It was good to swim on my birthday but boy was the water cold. , d exercise was dancing at the senior center yep here in Cleveland you can join the senior center at fifty . E was a easy step video what was walking with a exercise band. Not a bad exercise.

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1. I finally did a regular length exercise instead of short one I been doing all week
2. I ate a salad for lunch what is the best thing I ate all week
3. I drink a skinny vanilla latte instead of a chi this afternoon at starbutt coffee instead of a chi what is a lot less calorie
4. I clean the whole house today so it clean for my fifties surprise birthday party, we always give people in my family a surprises birthday party near your fifties birthday so since I am the last of seven kids it not much of a surprise
5. I brought a lot of new clothes at the resale shops and am actually fitting into size 12 instead of 14
Two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. I weigh myself and I now weight 165 now that was a evening weight in what is always heavier for me
2. I need to stop drinking pop but it hard when I am off work what I been all week

    I cleaned the whole house today, too. No birthday coming up, but it needed doing. I also ironed and hung curtains in my husband's office, did laundry and walked on the treadmill. I'm wearing a size 12 now, too, so I bought 2 pairs of size 12 pants at the Dress Barn. You and I weigh almost exactly the same!

Senior at fifty what up with that ?
Okay my c exercise was cold water swimming what I did at the pool at the hot. It was good to swim on my birthday but boy was the water cold. , d exercise was dancing at the senior center yep here in Cleveland you can join the senior center at fifty . E was a easy step video what was walking with a exercise band. Not a bad exercise.

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1. I finally found a swimming pool where I could swim at all four corner too bad it was at a hotel pool
2. Broke my dinner into two last night so I didn’t eat that much and will have dinner tonight
3. Order chicken for my birthday party make sure I order half not fried but lake so it
4. I drink coffee instead of a chi at panera and share a Salad at panera
5. Only have one and a half drink whn I went out for my birthday dinner
Two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. I need to increase my exercise time as only done about twenty minute a day
2. I need to start eating a little healthier too much mac and cheese

    Hey chick,
I did my C yesterday it was Combat, as in Body Combat.
Today was D, ok so D will have to be Dinner (today is my exercise rest day)
I made a healthy Dinner, even if it was a little late (9pm)

Have a great Thursday and my E....I will Eat well, plus I will partake in Exercise at Body Combat.

    Hmmm....there's so much variation in the world as to just what constitutes a "senior"......so annoying and frustrating, so I choose to pretty much ignore that kind of thing....I think I can determine what makes me a "senior" much more accurately than "the world" (though I'm sometimes concerned about the financial aspect, admittedly).....
