Day 23 of a 50 days countdown till birthday

Thursday –did a 20 min. Richard Simmons blast off 20min. workout and swim this morning on the way to work
will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1. I got in 40 min, of exercise today emoticon
2. only brought a coffee today no chai at panera
3. I am trying to be positive even so I might lose my job next week emoticon
4. I stop myself from eating some potatoes sticks and ate strawberry instead emoticon
5. Today I ate a vegetable burger and a salad for lunch so I got my serving of vegetable in never as problem getting fruit in but sometime as problem with veggies emoticon emoticon emoticon
1. Good things I said I wouldn’t beat myself up because I can’t believe I miss up today date thought it was the night and because of that all my bill pay came out today instead of tomorrow when the pay check will hit the bank so much watch my money and date

2. I am learning to eat different lunches everyday so my body don’t get too used to it

Days 22 of a 5oth days countdown to my birthday – home in Cleveland

I finally am home in Cleveland will miss swimming pool.
Tuesday –might get in a workout at the hotel if not when I get back to Cleveland
I was able to swim before I left the hotel.
Tuesday 1429 well probably blew calorie limit because we stop in Amish country and ate a buffet before coming home

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1. Trying to start a exercise team for people who exercise in the morning
2. Getting really to start work tomorrow even setting my dvd for my exercise tomorrow, tomorrow I do Leslie Sansone
3. I stop myself from binging on food when I got home today
4. I weigh myself and record it when I got home from trip today
5. I said no to the ice cream my family was eating to celebrate our homecoming
two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Good things I said I wouldn’t beat myself up because I can’t believe I gain 3.2 pounds I really did tired to be good on vacation
2. Trying to watch my money better I got a phone from a collection agency will pay bill as soon as they tell me how

    I'm a morning exerciser too! I've been trying to start doing two-a-days, morning and evening, but my preference is always for a good, a.m. workout.

Monday- will be a last full days at hotel will hopefully get in the pool
I got in the pool at the hotel indoor and outside pool. It was great don't usually swim outdoor until July in Cleveland. emoticon

Monday - 1296 -probably went over my carloie limit but that will change when I get home
will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
five things that I did right Monday
1. I swam for 30 min. at hotel
2. I tried to watch what I ate even so I went to a place where there a cafeteria where culinary student cook for you emoticon
3. been spending more time outside what is really not like me I spend ways to much time indoor also been enjoying the beautiful views of w.V God really made a beautiful country emoticon emoticon emoticon
4. I been taking the stair instead of elevator in the hotels especially the one going down
5.been keeping up with my bloging even so I been on vacation

two things I could work on (without beating myself up).

1. I been buying little bottle of coke because they so cute and small but when I get home no more pop
2. need to watch my diet more when I get home
3. need to watch my money better

sunday-20th days of a 50 day birthday countdown

20 th day of a 50th days countdown till my birthday – Savannah last days before starting back home
Sunday didn’t really get to do a workout at the hotel but will hopefully do better; Savannah was great love the South even if the weather kill me emoticon
Five things that I did right that day
1. Didn’t complain too much when mom complain she was too tired to do much just wish I knew when she was feeling bad or if she just didn’t want to see what I want to
2. Took a great almost private bus tour of Savannah love the history
3. Spend another nice day traveling with mom and my sister you know I think mom is 84 she wouldn’t be around forever love days like today when we have fun together
4. Found I can weight wear a size 12 shorts afraid I was moving into size 14
5. 5. Getting up at 4:30 am on vacation to write this blog but I can sleep in car today 7 hours road trip today will be home tomorrow emoticon
and two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Need to watch what I eat better first day I actually couldn’t find any healthy food to eat but I found I love green fried tomatoes emoticon
2. Like my sister says I need to tried new things more get out of my element
