Saturday workout at hotel Ė I did about a 20 min. swim and push mom in a wheelchair around the old Charleston museum, great museum emoticon
calorie limit
Friday 1572 I think I did good on my calorie limit emoticon
five things that I did right today
1. I push mom around in a wheelchair in a museum so she should enjoy it and I got a workout
2. I made sure I ate a apple this morning
3. I went on a boat ride and really enjoy it emoticon
4. I came back to the hotel and made sure I got my swim in will miss swimming when I go home
5. went to mass this afternoon after boat ride at the Cathedral of ST. John the Baptist nice mass
things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. I ate too much red meat today I ate a hamburger for lunch and a steak for dinner but I really didnít know it was steak I was ordering thought It was like a tuna steak and I will make sure no more red meat for awhile
2. I need to stop drinking sweet tea it probably not very good for you but it so tasty

I got sick from the heat today we have 80 degree weather in Cleveland but not like this Friday Ė Friday workout at hotel- I did about a half hour of swimming today wasnít bad felt good after being sick all day
Friday 1572 calorie well really didnít get a lot because I wasnít feeling good

five things I did good today
1. brought two pair of short I think that will help with the heat emoticon
2. walk all around a plantation today listing to southern history it was very nice
3. saw a good live show about Charlene history it was a very weird comedy emoticon
4. eat well watching what I am eating
5. drinking water
2 things I need to work on without killing myself over it
1. being a little calmer when things donít go my ways
2.dressing more for the weather

    Congrats on the new shorts. I'm timid about shorts because I have such baggy thighs. I should just go for it!

    Sounds like you had a great day. Also admire the shorts. I just don't put them on and admire people who do. They look good on everyone, but I can't bring myself to do it so uncomfortable showing my big white legs. (and I live in 100 deg plus weather in the summer..so that is a really big deal not to wear shorts.

Your blog made me consider that i should dress more for the weather and move past my fears.

I am in Statesville north Carolina after a ten hours car ride. The city is great. emoticon
I am watching my diet. emoticon
5 things I did right today
1. I didn't complain much about mom driving g
2. I did a 20 min. , cardio this morning workout from exercise tv
3. I am doing okay on my water intake
4. I got fruit and vegetable for lunch
5. I ate catfish and low carbs vegetable for dinner emoticon
two things I need to work on
1. I need to exercise a little more in the pool when I am watching mom
2. need to tried not to get so mad at mom

will be on vacation starting Thursday for About six days going to Georgia and north Carolina.

Wednesday- will be strength DVD with maybe some cardio
calorie limit

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and two things I could work on (without beating myself up).

I did a 40 min. Richard Simmons workout Tuesday.

1. pack for my vacation and still got my exercise in emoticon
2. did a whole 40 min, Richard Simmons workout that was hard since I usually stop at 30 min. emoticon
3. got my desk at work and my bedroom at home clean before vacation
4. I did a hard cardio dumbbell routine this morning emoticon
5.I seem to be more mindful of how I am eating
two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. make sure I do my exercise while I am on vacation

Sunday Ė no DVD do exercise without DVD
I did some interesting exercise this today. I walk around downtown Cleveland for about 15 min. I play putt for about a hour in the afternoon and did I some exercises with my mom in the morning.
Sunday- 1715
Sunday was my aunt 80th birthday so we have huge party for her at my cousin pizza place. I made sure I watch what I ate. I think I did pretty good. emoticon

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day
1. sending out the '3 times per week challenge e-mail'
2. made a fool of myself in a good way entertaining the family at my aunt 80th birthday emoticon
3. watching what I ate at my cousin pizza place emoticon
4. cleaning the kitchen today
5. doing exercise with y mom this morning
two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Controlling my angry when mom upset me
2. Drinking more water
3. Not getting mad when other want to use my computer
