I weigh myself today no weight loss no weight gain
.Sunday a challenge some DVD I find hard to do -
the DVD I pick was supposed to be Pilate but really it was cardio with interval of strength exercises with dumbbells. It fill my idea of a hard workout,.
Sunday- 1429 I think kept my calorie limit,
will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day
1.I did my workout earlier than yesterday
2. the workout I pick was hard
3. I brought a new pair of tennis shoes what is always hard for me since my feet are very wide
4. I made a spark recipe turkey Ground Turkey Stroganoff what I even make healthier by using plain Greek yogurt instead of fat free sour cream and the family like it
5. I finished cleaning the house
and two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Not letting the family get to me so quickly so what if they drunk all the drink I have for a week
2. need to find time to clean my bedroom
