well yesterday i blew it emoticon I mess up and did my cardio exercises instead of my strength exercise emoticonI was supposed to do but I made it up by doing it today instead of cardio. I did a leslie sasnsone firming walk what is really a dvd where she does a dumbbell routine. It was a emoticon workout. I been keeping up with my carloie cycling.
five things that I did right today
1. I didn't go to panera and have my chai I went to a coffee shop and just have coffee
2. drinking more water
3. helping out a fellow worker even so I know he been bad mothering me to the boss it easy to help someone who nice to you
4. got off the computer to spend time with mom today she won't be here forever she already 84
5. swam for five min. in the pool today on the way to work
two things I need to work on without beating myself up
1. I need to put my best foot forward at work better there layoff coming and I can't afford for it to be me
2. need to look into some other king of strength instead of just dumbbells

10th day of birthday countdown

Tuesday -a Richard Simmons workout Well I did Richard Simmons 290 min. Blasts off workout. It was actually a good workout. I enjoy it and it got my heart pounding in a good way. My calorie limit is 1429 today what makes it a medium calorie day.

Things that I did right today
1. I am really working hard at work today
2. I made sure I eat yogurt today
3. I like the outfit I pick out to wear today
4. I got out of bed when I didnít want to do and did my workout at 4:30 am this morning
5. I made sure my lunch was different than yesterday
no two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. I need to think of other more than myself more
2. I need to comb my hair more
3. I need to thanks God for the good weather Cleveland is having more

    A check list is a good way to track what works for you. When I get off track, I like to see what I was doing before.

9th day of a 50 days countdown to my 50th birthday

Monday- will be a Leslie Sansone workout I did a 20 min. of Leslie Sansone blood sugar workout . It a pretty easy workout but that what I want today. My calories supposed to be under 1296 I think it will be.

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day and
1.only eat oatmeal for breakfast
2. did my 20 min. workout
3. help mom get a good walk in the park with the dogs
4. didnít get mad at a friend when they told me something stupid today

two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. not eating the same food all the time

8 day of 50 day countdown to my birthday - no weight loss this week

I weigh myself today no weight loss no weight gain
.Sunday a challenge some DVD I find hard to do -
the DVD I pick was supposed to be Pilate but really it was cardio with interval of strength exercises with dumbbells. It fill my idea of a hard workout,.
calorie limit
Sunday- 1429 I think kept my calorie limit,

will blog daily and write five things that I did right that day
1.I did my workout earlier than yesterday
2. the workout I pick was hard
3. I brought a new pair of tennis shoes what is always hard for me since my feet are very wide
4. I made a spark recipe turkey Ground Turkey Stroganoff what I even make healthier by using plain Greek yogurt instead of fat free sour cream and the family like it
5. I finished cleaning the house
and two things I could work on (without beating myself up).
1. Not letting the family get to me so quickly so what if they drunk all the drink I have for a week
2. need to find time to clean my bedroom
