Goals after bad week

Hello my fellow Sparkers. I am doing a blog because I need a kick in the butt again.
It was a bad week for me- I gained two pounds, haven't tracked food for three days and not much for exercise either.
So here are the goals for the week:
1) Track ALL food everyday.
2) Do Spark videos everyday.
3) Walk everyday at least 60 minutes.
4) No visiting with Ben & Jerry (ice cream)

That's a start for the week along with my BL Titans challenge. Wish me luck and give me a kick in the butt. Thanks in advance for the support because I know some of you will be there for me.

Set sail for fall challenge.

Hello my mateys, this is a blog to say we set sail on the blue ship tomorrow morning for the fall biggest loser challenge. I am going to try my hardest to get into the 160's and STAY there this time. I know I can do it and this time I will. So Titans- let's set sail- blue and red together to start.

To get there- Track, exercise, and stay in calorie range.

Down but back

I have been MIA for a few days because I haven't really wanted to talk to anybody because I have been down. I lost my job on Saturday, a job I was at for 14 years, owner closed down. My car tire fell off on interstate the Sunday before that, so had a rental car for last 5 days of work. Fixed the tire and lugs and now there is something else wrong with it.
Then yesterday my brother sends me message saying my dad fell and is in hospital
and I have no car to go see him or my mom who is home alone.
Enough sad news-I am here to say I am back and to all the winter challenge members who have visited my page I will try to get back to you soon.
Thanks Sparkfriends for being here for me. I am getting back on track.
Titans- I will try my best. WE ARE THE MIGHTY TITANS!

    I'm sorry that there is nothing I can do to help you. I really hope you find a job soon.
I remember going through that (job loss) at one point in my life - it was devastating at the time but eventually things turned around.

Praying things will work out for you very quickly.

Bad two days

I have to write this blog because seeing it in writing will help. I have had the last two days off from work, but other than some strength yesterday morning- I have done nothing for exercise and haven't tracked my food. I had been doing great with the exercise and tracking, but just had no motivation for the last two days. So tomorrow, June 11,2013- back on track and back to exercise-recording everything I eat. (NO KFC).
Done beating myself up- tomorrow is a new start. I can do it because I want to be in the 160's by the end of July.

    I think we all take a "vacation" from tracking. And for me exercising. YOU can turn this around just by doing what you are doing.....getting back on track. Good for YOU not letting these two days turn into more. YOU are worth the effort emoticon emoticon
