day 3 progress

going into day 4 of the new year 1st 3 went well i;m focusing on quitting smoking and just adding exercise, water as an aside they'll become higher priority once i have a better grip on the smoking. i'm using the patch and lozenges to deal with the nic withdrawal but no probs so far.

    Good luck on quitting smoking. I did that 10 years ago by using the patch.....they worked real well.

modest goals for the new year

stop smoking for 1 week
exercise daily for two weeks
drink water daily for two weeks
once these are accomplished i'll review and extend them

i'm getting ready for new years i've never made new years resolutions before but this year i;m looking forward to it

    I have never made a new years resolution that I kept.
So I quit making them. My resolution is don't gain back any of the weight I lost, and to be stronger and healthier each month.

    I just read 3 spark articles about New Years. They can help. As suggested in one of the articles, mine is not to lose weight. But I resolve to exercise at least 3 hours a week and continue to track my food.
